1– Vladimir Putin,President of Russia
The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, is famous for claiming not to have a mobile, unlike the prime minister, Dmitry Medvedev, who is known for his love of Apple products and became one of the first owners of an iPhone 4 However, Techweb notes that since 2012, Putin has been using Russian smartphone MTS-Glonass 945, an Android device.
2 – Angela Merkel ,Chancellor of Germany
Angela Merkel's mobile became the most famous phone in world politics when it emerged in October last year that the NSA had been monitoring the chancellor's calls. But she has at least two phones she uses on a regular basis: the one that was allegedly monitored by US intelligence services, a Nokia 6260 Slide, was reportedly used for party matters only. For state affairs, Merkel uses a BlackBerry Z10, fitted with an encryption chip by Secusmart.
3– Barack Obama ,President of the
UnitedStates
The President is well known to be a fan of the BlackBerry. So much so, that he has two of them. Identified in this picture aboard Air Force One as two BlackBerry Curve 8300 handsets, while his other is understood to be aBlackBerry Curve 8900.
BlackBerrys are, at least for now, one of the very few mobile devices approved by the US government for low-level classification document sharing, but the iPhone is not far behind. In May, iPhones and iPads were approved by the US Defense Dept. just a week after the federal government cleared the older iOS 6 software for use in government.
4 – Xi Jinping ,General Secretary of the
Communist Party of China
Chinese President Xi Jinping gets a ZTE Axon mobile phone as a present during USA visit. It can be predicted that, ZTE Axon will become popular throughout the world in the near future. By DAQIN mobile phone sticker machine, custom mobile skin for ZTE Axon can be made within 1 minute.
but....
We don’t know what smartphone Chinese President Xi Jinping uses (it seems that he has not been photographed in public with a smartphone yet), but his wife Peng Li Yuan was caught on camera recently using -gasp- Apple’s iPhone 5.
So much for blasting Apple’s policies — still, Apple CEO Tim Cook did apologize to Chinese consumers, so maybe the country’s leaders are free to use it now. Xi does not look very impressed though.
5 – David Cameron ,Prime Minister of the
United Kingdom
UK Prime Minister David Cameron is a fan of BlackBerry — so much so that when in Dubai last year his phone decided to ‘ping’ during a Q&A session, he openly took it out to show the audience.
Given that the BlackBerry is clearly a major deal for global leaders, it makes the claim that the UK Government Communications Headquarters allegedly managed to penetrate the security on delegates’ BlackBerry smartphones — while hosting foreign politicians and officials during two Group of 20 summit meetings in London in 2009 — even more shocking.
6 – Narendra Modi ,Prime Minister of India
is a user of apple products.
before he was having a iphone 5s but now he is having a iphone 6s or 6s+
7- François Hollande,The French president
The French president, François Hollande, is inseparable from his iPhone 5. He is reported to be in constant contact via text messages with his girlfriend Julie Gayet. But the presidential iPhone is supposed to be for personal use only.
8-Kim Jong-Un, president of north korea
On the other side of the political spectrum, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un makes an appearance in Techweb’s report — not with his country’s apparent self-manufactured phone “Arirang”, but with a HTC — specifically the HTC Butterfly, a top-tier handset on par with the company’s flagship HTC One. The Butterfly also comes in a limited edition Hello Kitty version; maybe Kim will want to buy one for his daughter, the existence of whom ex-NBA player Dennis Rodma
9- Yingluck Shinawatra, Prime Minister of thailand
Elsewhere in Asia, Thailand’s first female prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra does not only have one smartphone — she uses a total of five phones — one of which is a white Nokia Lumia 920.
Nawaz Sharif, the three-time prime minister of one of the world's most populous countries, has been spotted using iPhones and Samsungs. But these belong to members of his entourage who act as gatekeepers to their boss. The only phone he carries is a far-from-fashionable BlackBerry Bold.
